By accessing and using the website of Sun & Soul Designs, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

Sun & Soul Designs operates out of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. By interacting with our platform or purchasing our handcrafted goods, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Craftsmanship

We take great pride in our handcrafted premium furniture and artisanal decor. Because our products are made by hand using natural materials, slight variations in wood grain, color, and finish are to be expected. These variations are not defects but rather the unique signature of the artisan and the natural materials used.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• Pricing: All prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
• Payment: Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. All transactions are securely redirected to and processed by Razorpay.

4. Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

• Shipping: We currently ship orders exclusively within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Returns & Replacements: We allow replacements only. No refunds are provided. The window to request a replacement closes 14 days after the delivery date.
• Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty on each product under normal use. This warranty expressly excludes normal wear and tear that occurs during standard use of the product.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Sun & Soul Designs or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Sun & Soul Designs.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur.
